We all are well informed about our society, our surroundings, and our responsibilities. The situation of lock-down is more dangerous than we expected. People are losing their patience and are taking those steps, which are not beneficial to anyone. Not only adults but children are also facing the same condition; they also have the pressure of studies, scoring good marks, being physically fit, etc., but the impact of these pressures on them is doubled-tripled due to lock-down. Students can't go outside to play with friends, which in turn converted this pressure into stress. Children don't talk about their issues with parents, and nowadays sharing between friends is also disappeared. They watch motivational videos, engage in social media, listen to songs, and feel positive, and after some time, the same condition again. Slowly this condition becomes harmful more than ever in the case of DEPRESSION.
If you have to fight with depression or stress, the first thing to be done is understanding the problem, the second thing is sharing the problem, and the last thing is to make a correct conclusion. (We will talk about this in next section/post)
