In the previous section, we talked about the problems of almost every person focusing on teenagers—the problem of DEPRESSION. We will try to solve this Step by Step by question method:-

What is the reason to take the stress ?


Think about your problem due to which you got stress. Does the problem was practical or just a negative thought? 

If it was only a thought or imaginary problem, then there is no reason to get worried. Don't think much of the future or past. Thinking about an adverse history will only provide you with sorrows and waste your precious present. Thinking much about the future is not necessary. You should only think about the future to set the target of your life after then work in the present to achieve it—no need to take the stress anymore.

How to solve a practical problem?

If it is a real problem, then keep your mind stable and just follow the steps:-

1- Think about it - Half of the problems in life can be solved by thinking about it with a stable and calm mind. If you find the practical state of the problem, finding its solution will be easy. Try solving the problem as you are playing a level of an exciting thriller game in which you have the lead role. 

2- Try not to be YOU- A little bit complicated step, but it is constructive. Have you solved any problem of your friend? If yes, you will get the point that solving others' problems is more comfortable than solving ours. Imagine that your friend has the problem (that you have actually), he is asking you for a solution. It will be easier for you to solve the problem as it is not yours. When you get the answer, apply it to your situation. 
  
If you do not find your solution, then be patient. The next post will be your ANSWER...
